1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We collect only what is needed to process your order and deliver the product: name, email address and billing details. Payment data is handled directly by Digistore24 as the authorized reseller and payment processor. We never have access to your full card number.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to (a) fulfill the purchase agreement and deliver the product, (b) provide customer support, (c) comply with legal and tax obligations, and (d) with your consent, send optional marketing emails about similar materials.

4. Marketing emails and unsubscribing

You can stop receiving marketing emails at any time and at no cost, in two ways: click the «unsubscribe» link at the bottom of any email we send you, or email support@teachprint.online with the subject «Unsubscribe». Requests are processed within 48 hours. Transactional emails related to your purchase, such as access links, receipts and support replies, will still be sent.

5. Sharing your data

We share data only with the providers required to run the operation: Digistore24 as payment processor and authorized reseller, our email delivery provider, and our website hosting provider. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and for the statutory tax retention periods that apply to the data controller.

7. Your rights

The data controller is established in Brazil and processes personal data under the LGPD (Lei nº 13.709/2018). You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email support@teachprint.online. You may also file a complaint with the ANPD, the Brazilian data protection authority.

We extend equivalent rights to buyers located outside Brazil. If you are a resident of a US state with its own privacy legislation, such as California, or of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may exercise the same access, correction, deletion and opt-out rights by contacting us at the address above. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
